A word we made our own

It started with
“Don't look
so glum.”

Galum

noun · our very own word
Us. You. Anyone in on the joke.

One TV line. Two confused people.
One inside joke that stuck.

One day, watching a TV series, I heard the line “Don't look so glum.” I didn't know what it meant, so I asked my wife. She didn't know either.

“I guess it means stupid,” I said.

We both laughed.

Somewhere in that conversation, we invented Galum. We started calling each other Galum, and the word became ours.

That's where Galumi Studio began. The person making the apps is a Galum. The people playing the games or using the apps are Galums. Even understanding the word makes you one.

So, welcome.
You're a Galum now.
